The Managing Director of BUA Foods Plc., Engr. Ayodele Musibau Abioye. Ph.D, MNSE, delivered a compelling keynote address at the University of Ilorin (Unilorin)’s Department of Food Engineering’s second public lecture on Wednesday, March 5, 2024.
The lecture, themed “A Food Engineer’s Journey: Factory Floor to Food Business Leadership,” provided valuable insights into the practical application of food engineering principles in the dynamic food manufacturing industry.
